Depending on the repair, but most iPhone repairs are usually done within 1 hour, if there is a delay or a lot of work, 2 hours maximum.

Fixing your screen will void your warranty but your warranty is already voided if your screen is damaged. So if you are fixing your phone to return it back at the end of your contract, you still will be fine.
